Rehabilitation Therapist Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
- Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
- Conduct thorough home visit Physical Therapy assessments for referred patients.
- Proficiency in EMR documentation, experience with Hello Note is a plus.
- Hold a valid CPR Certification.
