The Relief Sales Manager at Keurig Dr Pepper is responsible for executing up-selling and fulfillment/replenishment activities, with a focus on merchandising excellence. This role involves retaining and growing large format customers within the assigned territory, supporting well-known brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and more to retail stores. The position entails contact with key accounts, implementing sales strategies, and optimizing product visibility and availability to drive growth and meet volume objectives.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to drive growth and achieve volume objectives.
• Pre-sell products, promotions, displays, and service requirements to key account personnel.
• Optimize shelf space to maximize the sales of Keurig Dr Pepper brands.
• Participate in the installation of revamped beverage sections and displays according to merchandising standards.
• Stock and merchandise products in the allocated beverage section, ensuring optimal visibility and availability.
• Maintain accurate sales records and back stock levels for all assigned accounts.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repetitively.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
