Relief Sales Manager

Job Description

The Relief Sales Manager at Keurig Dr Pepper is responsible for up-selling and fulfillment/replenishment, focusing on execution and merchandising. This position is critical for the retention and penetration of large format customers in specific geographies, including on-premise customers. Full-time role with flexibility for overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth, share growth, distribution, and volume objectives.
• Contact key personnel in assigned accounts to promote products, promotions, displays, and service requirements.
• Implement beverage shelf re-allocations to optimize sales.
• Participate in the installation of revamped beverage sections and point of sale material.
• Maintain stock levels, accurate sales records, and back stock in each account.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience or sales position with accountability for sales targets.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
