Job Description

The Phoenix Organization runs Denny’s, Taco Bell, and Burger King restaurants. We are currently hiring Managers for multiple restaurants in the area! As a restaurant manager, you’ll be a part of a community that thrives on service. We are hiring immediately in our fast food restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Managing the operations and restaurant staff.
• Deliver high-quality products in a clean, professional, and safe environment.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train, and write-up staff.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
• Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant.
• Management level openings range from shift managers, assistant managers, general managers.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should have successful previous restaurant management experience in a fast food setting.
• Strong skills in the areas of coaching and training, customer service, organization, and planning.
• The ability to accomplish the sales and profit goals.
• College degree or equivalent experience in operations; and 2 years of management operations experience in the restaurant, hospitality industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
