Hornblower - City Experiences is looking for a Restaurant Manager (Front of the House) to oversee the dining cabin and galley operations, ensuring high-quality food, hospitable service, and profitable business. This role requires an adaptable individual who embodies City Experiences' RESPECT Service System.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality following the RESPECT Service System
• Lead and train staff, ensuring the highest standards of safety and sanitation
• Develop service improvement programs and maintain strong inter-departmental relationships

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 5+ years of restaurant experience
• Supervisory experience, preferably with a degree in a related field
• TIPS and ServSafe Certification preferred
• Strong computer skills and ability to build effective relationships
