Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Assistant Store Manager of Visual Merchandising to join our team at L.L.Bean in Burlington, MA. This role is crucial for driving business results, developing talent, and ensuring a top-notch customer experience. Collaborating with the Store Manager, you will lead visual merchandising efforts, uphold our core values, and maintain the integrity of the L.L.Bean brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure staff does the same.
• Implement visual merchandising plans to create an excellent brand experience.
• Communicate and prioritize visual merchandising initiatives.
• Execute merchandise plans and seasonal floor set directives accurately and on time.
• Ensure timely and accurate implementation of store marketing directives.
• Contribute to recruitment and training of employees.
• Address employee issues and provide feedback and coaching.
• Promote a positive customer experience and compliance with loss prevention policies.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent with at least 3+ years of retail experience.
• Strong visual merchandising experience.
• Proven leadership and sales achievement skills.
• Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively.
• High level of motivation, enthusiasm, and positivity.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
