Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data security
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Follow cleaning standards and company guidelines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities
• Meet state requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
• Prior retail experience preferred
