Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and collaborating with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
