Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service with a focus on efficiency and professionalism.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory, follow cash handling procedures, and comply with company policies
• Perform store inventory counts, ensure accuracy, and report any issues

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
