Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with your team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and retail equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate well, and work in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
