Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Follow inventory guidelines and contribute to store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
