Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Retail Stockers at ALDI. As a Retail Stocker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and assisting customers. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leaders.
• Maintain store security and confidentiality of data.
• Cashier responsibilities include processing purchases and providing exceptional customer service.
• Stocker responsibilities involve stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and operating machinery.
Qualifications
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and follow company policies.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
