Job Description
Join ALDI as a Retail Stocker and contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience in a collaborative team environment. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, rotating products, maintaining the store's appearance, and operating machinery while upholding the highest standards of efficiency and service.

Responsibilities
Cashier Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and uphold cash policies.
- Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
Stocker Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and ensure product rotation for freshness.
- Follow merchandising guidelines to create attractive displays.
- Organize new inventory, operate machinery, and maintain safety procedures.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent customer service, cleaning, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
