Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to the overall shopping experience. This position is full-time with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and follow ALDI's guidelines for customer service and store operations.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer assistance.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters to improve store performance.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with retail experience as a bonus.
