Sales Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory, participate in inventory counts, and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience in retail and operating equipment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
