Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our ALDI team and contribute to a great shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
