Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our store is always well-organized, clean, and that customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Physical ability to handle merchandise and perform general cleaning duties.
