Senior Company Licensing Specialist (Flex/Home Office)

Job Description

You will provide expert licensing guidance to business areas on state insurance department company licensing requirements. Conduct licensing analysis and identify underwriting companies for new licensing initiatives. Manage and file company license applications for all licensed insurance companies within the AmFam Group to achieve licensing goals for corporate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare, and file state insurance company license applications for corporate transactions.
• Monitor corporate governance activities for company license application filings.
• Provide expert licensing guidance to business areas and conduct analysis of current licensing status.
• Build relationships with state insurance departments, regulatory authorities, and industry experts.
• Conduct regulatory research and administer service of process for surplus lines authority companies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Customer-driven solutions experience.
• Knowledge of insurance industry licensing regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing multiple large projects and working with executive leadership.
