Job Description
You will provide expert licensing guidance to business areas on state insurance department company licensing requirements. You will conduct licensing analysis and identify underwriting companies for new licensing initiatives. Manage and file company license applications for all licensed insurance companies within the AmFam Group. Report to Manager, Company Licensing.
Primary Accountabilities
- Coordinate, prepare, and file state insurance department company license applications.
- Monitor corporate governance activities triggering license application filings and DOI notifications.
- Provide expert licensing guidance to Enterprise business areas.
- Analyze licensing status to identify underwriting companies for new initiatives.
- Build business relationships across the insurance industry.
- Conduct regulatory research and administer service of process.
- Other duties as assigned.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in customer-driven solutions and corporate transactions.
- Solid knowledge of insurance industry licensing requirements.
- Experience with regulatory research, compliance, and project management.
- Ability to work with executive leadership.
Minimum Salary: $84,000/year
Maximum Salary: $139,000/year
This hybrid role requires a minimum of 10 days in the office. Flexible working arrangement available. Preferred locations include Madison, WI; Keene, NH; Boston, MA; Minneapolis, MN; Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Nashville, TN; and St. Joseph, MO. Apply now!
