Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly qualified Senior Director, Pharmacometrics to provide strategic leadership in designing, overseeing, analyzing, and reporting pharmacometrics programs for small and large molecule compounds in oncology. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in guiding decision-making, managing priorities, and fostering a culture of innovation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and review pharmacometrics-related drug development plans and regulatory filings.
• Lead model-informed drug development activities to support clinical decision-making.
• Manage and mentor a team of pharmacometricians, ensuring performance excellence and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize pharmacometrics activities.
• Represent Jazz Pharmaceuticals as a subject matter expert in pharmacometrics and regulatory interactions.

Requirements

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences or related field with 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record in successful regulatory interactions, drug approvals, and team leadership.
• Proficiency in quantitative analyses and pharmacometrics software.
• Experience in oncology drug development is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
