Job Description
Join Jazz Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Manager in Medical Affairs focusing on Training & Excellence. In this role, you will lead the execution of US Medical Affairs training objectives, strategy plan, and learning programs. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and utilizing your scientific expertise in assigned therapeutic areas, you will play a crucial role in managing, conducting, and evaluating the USMA training program and resources.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic training plans for USMA teams.
- Conduct training sessions for field Medical in assigned therapeutic areas.
- Maintain and update training content for accuracy.
- Evaluate and adapt training programs to maximize learning.
- Participate in the development and refinement of the vision and capabilities of the Medical team.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Science or Medicine - PhD, PharmD, or MD.
- 3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs.
- Prior field Medical Affairs experience preferred.
- Expertise in Jazz therapeutic areas a plus.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
