Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Neurology Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Manhattan. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, and epilepsy centers while driving sales growth and executing the corporate strategy. This role requires adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a focus on maximizing individual and company goals in a flexible and innovative manner.
Responsibilities
- Execute local market sales launch plan to achieve product sales growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and emerging thought leaders.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Jazz products, customer base, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared business objectives.
- Analyze data to develop strategic business plans and manage budgets effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience.
- Demonstrated success in product launch and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong analytical and account management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to travel up to 40%.
