Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Product Designer (Hybrid) to join our client, a leading global financial services firm based in Wilmington, Delaware. This is a 6-month contract role where candidates will work onsite in Wilmington 3 times per week. As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead design projects for Cash & Check products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create exceptional user experiences that impact the finance industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead design projects from conception to delivery for Cash & Check products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver final products.
- Create high-level prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
- Ensure all user experience elements are optimized for usability and visual design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCD Interaction, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Figma, Figjam, and Miro design software.
- Experience in user research, usability testing, and creating case studies.
