Senior Studio Manager (Photograph) (Onsite)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Studio Manager in Photography to join our client's Marketing team. As the Senior Studio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of professionals, including photographers, videographers, set stylists, models, agents, and hair & makeup artists, to deliver high-volume photography and videos across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Effectively coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely project completion within budget.
• Collaborate with the Graphic Department, Sales, and Social Media teams.
• Mentor and develop team members, establish style guidelines, and maintain image quality.
• Manage a high-volume photography studio for all brand touchpoints.
• Organize and oversee product photography and video shoots.
• Implement cost-effective photography processes and manage asset libraries.

Qualifications

• Degree in photography or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in professional photography and video studio management.
• Proficiency in product photography, videography, studio equipment, and lighting.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
