As a Service Technician, you will represent DISH in customers' homes daily, providing exceptional service while educating homeowners on their smart home possibilities. Responsibilities
- Deliver TV and Smart Home solutions to customers' residences.
- Educate customers on the use of DISH services and equipment.
- Provide world-class customer service and create a positive customer experience.
- Install and troubleshoot DISH systems and equipment efficiently.
Requirements
- Build rapport quickly and deliver excellent customer service.
- Work at heights, in all weather conditions, and lift over 70 lbs.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Willingness to travel as required.
