Job Description
DISH is seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional TV and Smart Home solutions to our customers. As a Field Technician, you will have the opportunity to simplify lives by consulting homeowners on their smart home possibilities and providing top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities
- Represent DISH in customers' homes daily.
- Consult homeowners on smart home possibilities during installations.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Ability to build rapport quickly and provide outstanding customer service.
- Capability to work at heights, lift over 70 lbs, and in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
