Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Specialty Sales Consultant to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. As a Specialty Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting our neuroscience products, establishing and managing relationships with healthcare specialists, and implementing marketing strategies to achieve sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Educate healthcare professionals about Jazz Pharmaceuticals products and their approved indications.
  • Achieve individual sales goals and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings to exchange medical and product information.
  • Analyze business trends in the territory to understand prescribing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet physicians' and patients' needs.
  • Present a positive image of Jazz Pharmaceuticals and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Specialist sales experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of CNS therapeutic sales and product landscape.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Four-year college/university degree required; Post-graduate business training preferred.

Physical Demands

  • Frequent travel, operation of electronic devices, and carrying materials during sales calls.

Work Environment

  • Interactions in external offices with minimal exposure to adverse conditions.
  • Flexible work schedule and public interactions.
