Specialty Sales Consultant (Kansas City East)

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Specialty Sales Consultant to join their team in Kansas City East. The Specialty Sales Consultant will be responsible for promoting the company's neuroscience products, developing and managing business relationships, and achieving sales goals within an assigned territory. This position requires a minimum of five years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a preference for specialist sales experience in areas such as neurology, pulmonology, psychiatry, or sleep disorders. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and excel in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare professionals about Jazz Pharmaceuticals products.
• Achieve sales goals and Key Performance Indicators.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Analyze business trends in the territory to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet the needs of customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Specialist sales experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of product(s) and competitor products.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Educational Requirements

• Four-year college/university degree required.
• Post-graduate business studies preferred.

Salary

The base pay range for this position is $112,000-$168,000, with additional benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k, and paid vacation.
