Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sterile Processing Technician to join Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for the decontamination, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instruments, as well as the cleaning of patient care equipment. Your role will involve ensuring accurate documentation of the sterilization process, reporting any abnormalities to leadership, and participating in receiving and reprocessing activities related to loaner and consignment sets. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to serve as a preceptor to new staff or OR staff cross training to Sterile Processing under the department Educator's guidance. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: CRCST or CSPDT or CST certificate, healthcare experience.
