Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sterile Processing Tech to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. This full-time evening shift position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the decontamination, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instruments, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.
• Provide outstanding customer service and actively engage in quality improvement programs.
• Ensure accurate documentation of sterilization processes and report any deviations.
• Assist in receiving and reprocessing loaner and consignment sets.
• Participate in training new staff or cross-training OR personnel in Sterile Processing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Preferred certifications: CRCST, CSPDT, or CST.
