Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our collaborative team at ALDI as a Stocker. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our shelves are stocked, displays are organized to maximize customer appeal, and new inventory is managed efficiently. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment will contribute to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and rotate products to maintain freshness
• Follow merchandising guidelines for appealing displays
• Operate machinery safely and adhere to all safety procedures
• Collaborate with team members for efficient store operations

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
