Stocker/Cashier (Part-Time)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Stocker/Cashier (Part-Time) to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for maintaining well-organized shelves and ensuring fresh products are readily available. As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases and provide exceptional service. This position offers a dynamic work environment with new challenges every day.

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and stock shelves.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies.
• Assist in store inventory counts.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves to ensure fresh products are available.
• Create well-merchandised displays following planograms.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Work well independently or in a team.
• Basic knowledge of retail products and services.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience desired.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
