Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Part-Time Stocker or Cashier to enhance the customer shopping experience. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, creating merchandised displays, and operating machinery while ensuring a fresh product is always available. As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases, provide exceptional service, and adhere to cash policies.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leaders.
• Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and guarantee fresh inventory.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and provide exceptional service.
• Operate machinery, follow safety procedures, and create excellently merchandised displays.
Qualifications
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
