Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is organized, well-stocked, and offers exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Stock shelves, perform cashier duties, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years to be employed.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
