Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained. $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Comply with established policies while maintaining document and data security
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
