Job Description

We are hiring a Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store environment. Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Offer feedback to enhance product quality and resolve issues.
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash-handling policies and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
