Job Description

We are looking for a Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in store operations, team management, and customer service. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational strategies. Mentoring and developing the team will be a key focus as you prepare to lead your own store.

Position Type

Full-Time, 45 hours per week

Starting Wage

$26.25 per hour, with earning potential up to $98,500 in the first year (may vary by location)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervising daily store operations and team performance.
• Implementing company strategy and core values to foster teamwork.
• Handling customer concerns and maintaining store standards.
• Participating in hiring and managing store personnel.
• Managing schedules, payroll, and budgets.
• Ensuring a safe and efficient store environment.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail management preferred.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of retail experience. Prior managerial experience preferred.
