Job Description
We are looking for a Store Management Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Trainee, you will be immersed in all aspects of store management to prepare you for your own store. Your responsibilities will include supervising store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing schedules, and fostering team development.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Weekly Hours: 45
- Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
- Estimated Year 1 Earnings: Up to $102,000 (salary + bonus)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Implement company strategy and values to promote teamwork.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and hiring processes.
- Maintain store presentation and product quality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or above.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrate strong customer service and leadership skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
