Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to efficiently operate a store, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for supervising daily store operations, including staff management, scheduling, and implementing operational strategies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
