Store Management Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Store Management Trainee at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to effectively manage store operations and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will supervise daily activities, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staffing, and implement operational strategies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations and team performance to provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate and uphold company values to foster teamwork and employee engagement.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain product quality, store signage, and inventory levels.
• Participate in hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience; management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in cash handling, equipment operation, and inventory management.
