Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
