Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store runs smoothly and provides exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain a neat and organized store environment.
• Stock merchandise, assist customers with their shopping needs, and collaborate with team members.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines while upholding customer service standards.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle products safely, and work effectively in a team setting.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
