Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store operations, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience by handling merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, restock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Conduct store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including cash registers and store maintenance tools.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to work at Aldi.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience is a plus.
