Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products and operational processes.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to established cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing physical tasks and general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
