Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi's team. As a vital member of the store, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. This is a full-time position averaging 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and exceptional customer service.
• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and assist with store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and safely handle equipment.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred with retail work experience ideal.
