Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's overall appearance. By providing outstanding customer service and collaborating effectively with the team, you will contribute to an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and communicate with the team and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma preferred, with retail experience as a bonus.
