Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases and maintain a neat store appearance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Contribute to inventory management and accuracy
  • Adhere to cash handling policies
  • Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
  • Capable of performing cleaning duties to company standards
  • Strong communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
