Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

$17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stock merchandise and perform various physical tasks.
• Required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and walk around the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficient in using store equipment and following company policies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
