Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
