Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of the store staff, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ALDI standards.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate well with management.
• Contribute feedback on products and assist in inventory management.
• Follow cash handling policies and maintain store security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Customer service and cash register experience required.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
